Yoga Etiquette

I am committed to providing individuals with a holistic and peaceful yoga experience that will improve your overall quality of life. The classes are designed to quiet the mind, strengthen the body, and energize the spirit.

I believe in the importance of respecting your body, so I encourage students to listen to their own bodies and feel free to modify any pose if needed.

Our practice space, whether it be our living room, a studio or the park, is a sanctuary where you can leave the challenges of the outside world and focus on your inner peace.

Here we celebrate individuality, avoid comparison to others, speak to ourselves with love and move in the direction of growth.
